These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Monarc website, HR Hub platform, subscription services, downloadable content, advisory services and related offerings provided by Monarc Partnership Consultancy FZCO (“Monarc”, “we”, “our”, “us”). 

 

By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, downloading content or using any Monarc services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services or platform. 

 

1.ABOUT MONARC 

 

Monarc Partnership Consultancy FZCO is a UAE-based consultancy providing: 

 

• HR Hub subscription services 

• downloadable HR resources and templates 

• leadership and management playbooks 

• HR advisory support 

• recruitment services 

• training and webinar content 

• UAE business setup support 

• operational and people consultancy services 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

 

By using our platform or services, you confirm that: 

 

• you are authorised to act on behalf of a business or organisation where applicable 

• all information provided is accurate 

• you will use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms 

• We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend accounts or terminate services where misuse, fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms occur. 
   

3. HR HUB MEMBERSHIP PLANS 

 

Monarc offers subscription-based HR Hub membership plans which may include access to: 

 

• frameworks 

• guides 

• playbooks 

• webinars 

• HR support 

• advisory sessions 

• downloadable resources 

• leadership materials 

• AI-powered support tools 

• Policies & templates 

• Webinar access 

• Leadership-focused resources and strategic content 

 

Monarc reserves the right to amend, improve or modify membership inclusions at any time. 

 

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS 

 

All HR Hub subscriptions are subject to a minimum 12-month term unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

 

Subscriptions may be billed: 

 

• monthly 

• annually 

• or via agreed payment arrangements 

 

By subscribing, you authorise Monarc to process recurring payments using your chosen payment method. 

 

Renewal 

 

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing in accordance with the agreed notice period. 

 

Failed Payments 

 

If payment cannot be processed: 

 

• access to the platform may be suspended 

• downloadable content may be restricted 

• support services may be paused 

• Monarc reserves the right to terminate access 

 

Outstanding fees remain payable during any minimum contract period. 

 

Refunds 

 

• Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. 

 

5. ACCEPTABLE USE 

 

Users agree not to: 

 

• share login credentials 

• provide platform access to unauthorised individuals 

• reproduce or redistribute Monarc materials externally 

• resell or commercially exploit Monarc content 

• upload Monarc resources into external learning platforms or HR systems for resale or public access 

• copy, modify or adapt content for commercial gain 

• use the platform unlawfully 

• attempt to bypass platform security 

• scrape, harvest or extract platform content using automated tools or AI systems 

 

Access is licensed to the subscribing organisation only for internal business use. 

 

Monarc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is identified. 

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

 

All platform content remains the intellectual property of Monarc Partnership Consultancy FZCO unless otherwise stated. 

 

This includes but is not limited to: 

 

• templates 

• guides 

• frameworks 

• playbooks 

• leadership materials 

• videos 

• webinar content 

• training materials 

• graphics 

• branding 

• written resources 

• methodologies 

• AI-generated content 

• downloadable documents 

 

Content is licensed, not sold. 

 

Clients may: 

 

• download resources 

• customise documents internally 

• use materials within their own business operations 

 

Clients may not: 

 

• resell materials 

• distribute content externally 

• reproduce resources commercially 

• share content with non-subscribers 

• provide Monarc content to clients, third parties or competing organisations 

• remove Monarc branding or intellectual property notices unless expressly authorised 

 

Unauthorised use may result in legal action. 

 

7. HR GUIDANCE & DISCLAIMER 

 

Monarc provides practical HR guidance, operational support and educational content. 

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Monarc does not provide legal advice. 

 

Clients remain responsible for: 

 

• employment decisions 

• compliance with local legislation 

• implementation of HR processes 

• use of downloaded templates and resources 

• Employment laws vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. 

 

Monarc recommends obtaining local legal advice where appropriate, particularly regarding: 

 

• disciplinary matters 

• dismissals 

• redundancies 

• workplace investigations 

• employee disputes 

• regulatory compliance 

 

Reliance on Monarc resources and guidance is at the client’s own risk. 

 

8. ADVISORY SUPPORT & FAIR USAGE 

 

Advice sessions and email support are subject to fair and reasonable usage. 

 

Support services are intended for: 

 

• operational guidance 

• management support 

• general HR advisory discussions 

 

Subscriptions do not include: 

 

• unlimited consultancy 

• large-scale project work 

• litigation support 

• extensive document drafting 

• legal representation 

• complex organisational transformation projects unless separately agreed 

 

Monarc reserves the right to define reasonable usage thresholds. 

 

9. TRAINING, WEBINARS & VIDEO CONTENT 

 

Monarc may provide: 

 

• live webinars 

• recorded training 

• leadership content 

• educational videos 

• scenario-based learning materials 

 

All training materials remain the property of Monarc. 

 

Recording, reproducing, distributing or reselling webinar or training content without written permission is prohibited. 

 

Monarc reserves the right to modify webinar schedules, speakers or content. 

 

10. AI TOOLS & AUTOMATED GUIDANCE 

 

The platform may include AI-powered tools, chatbot functionality or automated responses. 

AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational guidance purposes only. 

 

Users should not rely solely on automated responses when making employment, legal or business decisions. 

 

Monarc accepts no liability arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance. 

 

11. UAE BUSINESS SETUP SERVICES 

 

Monarc may provide UAE business setup support directly or through approved third-party partners. 

 

Services may include: 

 

• company setup coordination 

• licence support 

• visa coordination 

• operational setup guidance 

• introduction to third-party providers 

 

Government approvals, processing times and regulatory decisions remain outside Monarc’s control. 

 

Monarc does not guarantee: 

 

• approval of licences 

• visa approvals 

• processing timelines 

• regulatory outcomes 

 

Where third-party providers are involved, Monarc is not responsible for the actions, delays or services of those providers. 

 

12. DATA PROTECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY 

 

Monarc may process business and employee-related information in connection with services provided. 

 

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to share employee data where required. 

 

Monarc will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and platform security. 

 

Users agree not to: 

 

• upload unlawful content 

• share sensitive information unnecessarily 

• misuse employee or personal data through the platform

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarc shall not be liable for: 

 

• indirect losses 

• consequential losses 

• business interruption 

• loss of profits 

• reputational damage 

• employee claims arising from implementation of guidance 

• reliance on downloadable resources 

• actions taken based on platform content 

• third-party service failures 

 

Monarc’s total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the preceding 12 months. 

 

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. 

 

14. TERMINATION 

 

Monarc reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where: 

• payments remain outstanding 

• misuse occurs 

• intellectual property breaches are identified 

• unlawful behaviour takes place 

• these Terms are breached 

 

Termination does not remove liability for outstanding fees due during any agreed minimum term. 

 

Upon termination: 

 

• access to the platform will cease 

• licences to use Monarc content end 

• continued use of protected content is prohibited 

 

15. PARTNER & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES 

 

Monarc may introduce or collaborate with external providers, consultants or partners. 

 

Unless expressly stated otherwise: 

 

• Monarc is not responsible for third-party services 

• separate agreements may apply 

• third-party providers operate independently 

• Clients should review any separate provider agreements carefully. 

 

16. WEBSITE USE 

 

Users agree not to: 

 

• interfere with website security 

• introduce malicious software 

• attempt unauthorised access 

• misuse website functionality 

 

Monarc reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue website functionality at any time. 

 

17. GOVERNING LAW 

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 

 

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
